Personal data collection list

  1. When you use the InkMark service, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect your account security, we will collect and use your device model, operating system, unique device identifier (a string of characters compiled into the device by the device manufacturer, which can be used to uniquely identify the corresponding device), login IP address, InkMark software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, device accelerator (such as gravity sensing device), operation log, service log information (such as your search and operation records in InkMark, service failure information, etc.) and other log information are used to send the information generated when the application crashes or exceptions back to the Sentry server to help me locate bugs and improve application robustness.
  2. When you use InkMark's voice-to-text conversion, scan function, built-in translation (including chat text translation), or online AI services (including note summarization), we will collect your voice or text messages to be converted, as well as scanned content or manually uploaded content. This collection is necessary to enable these features. We process the data in real time and return the results to you. Your data will not be stored.
  3. If you use cloud sync, cloud backup, or note-based AI Q&A features, and you manually choose to upload data, we will encrypt and store your data on our servers for use in these features.
